ABOUT THE PHOTOGRAPHER

With Glowstate, I wanted to bring my 7+ years of high-end commercial,  fashion, and celebrity photography experience to my one true passion: birth.

In 2020, my sister became pregnant and asked me to attend her birth. I was as new to the  experience as most of us--having learned most of what I knew (or thought I knew) from film and television.  She began sending me materials  to prep me for the birth she was hoping to have. Within three pages of my first book on birth, I new this was my passion.

Since then, I've been gradually leaning my career towards the birth world, bringing with me everything I've learned in commercial photography. As a trained doula, I bring a compassionate, informed presence to every birth, ensuring your story is told with authenticity and care.  As a photographer,, I shoot with style, elevation, and nuance.
